We are searching for an industrial warehouse in Palm Beach County.
We currently have a client who is in the market for an industrial warehouse, to purchase, in Palm Beach County.
As with all things, we have a “wish” list for this industrial warehouse. Some of the things our client is hoping to have are 6,000 – 10,000 square feet of warehouse space with approximately 1,200 square feet of dedicated office space. They would also like grade level overhead doors measuring at least 10′ x 12′ and with a minimum of 3 to 4 doors. Being in close proximity to the I-95 corridor is also important but wouldn’t be a deal breaker.
We understand that the demand for warehouse space, especially in Palm Beach County, is at a premium. However, we are pretty confident that this “unicorn” exists.
