Congratulations to John W. Chapman on passing his Real Estate Broker’s exam and securing his Broker’s License!
John has been with Treasure Coast Commercial Real Estate now for nearly 4 years as a Sales and Leasing Associate. While he has enjoyed tremendous success as a licensed agent, he knew he always wanted to get his Broker’s license. So after enduring months of delayed exam dates due to COVID, John was finally able to take the exam on May 24th and passed with flying colors.
John has been awarded the Top Agent Award from CoStar for two consecutive quarters for Office and Retail Leasing in our market and sub-markets. John also holds a law degree from Florida State and practiced real estate law for a number of years prior to getting his real estate license.
To say he is intelligent and knows the markets is an understatement. Being a life-long resident of Martin County, John has his thumb on the pulse of the Treasure Coast commercial real estate market.
